This isn’t a high-intensity experience. It’s a grounded, accessible entry point for anyone who wants to use breath as a tool for healing, regulation, and reconnection.

Welcome + Intention Setting (10 mins)
Guided Breathwork Journey (35 mins)
A gentle blend of conscious connected breath, nervous system soothing techniques, and guided visualization.
Integration + Journaling Prompt (10 mins)
Closing + Invitation to Future Work (5 mins)
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
What You’ll Need
A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted
Yoga mat, blanket, or comfortable place to lie or sit
Headphones (optional, but helpful for music)
A journal or notebook
Water + a willingness to breathe and explore
Why Breathwork?

As a breathwork facilitator and physician assistant, I’ve seen how much healing begins with just one breath. This session combines evidence-based somatic wisdom with trauma-informed presence to help you reset your nervous system and come back to yourself.
