Why Breathwork?
Your breath is your most accessible tool for transformation.
In a single session, you can shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore—without needing to “fix” anything.
As a breathwork facilitator and physician assistant, I’ve seen how much healing begins with just one breath. This session combines evidence-based somatic wisdom with trauma-informed presence to help you reset your nervous system and come back to yourself.
Space is limited
Have Questions? Feel free to …
I’d love to help you feel at ease before joining.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You just need to breathe.
